![]() ![]() The machinery appeared to be new, as did everything else in the fitness center. There were some lockers and two basic bathrooms. I’m guessing that most of the guests had not run on the boardwalk like I had earlier that morning, but were either sleeping, eating or gambling. It is quite huge, with an impressive assortment of state-of-the-art cardio and weight machines. The hotel fitness center is located on the first floor of the hotel. While I would prefer free, the $25 price does seem reasonable. The brochure lists group classes, such as Barre and Yoga (discussed further below) for $25. I’m sure the spa is lovely, but it would be nice if they gave World of Hyatt members access to areas such as the steam and sauna. I was told by the Exhale Spa employees that these services may be accessed on a complimentary basis by hotel guests only if: (a) a guest is getting a treatment, such as a massage, at the spa or (b) a guest has purchased a day pass to the spa. At most of the World of Hyatt hotels that I have visited, guests have complimentary access to these facilities. Here, the sauna, steam and shower are located in the Exhale Spa. Often there is overlap where a hotel has a spa and a fitness center. ![]() There is a brochure with prices for treatments. I visited the Exhale Spa, but I didn’t get past the desk.
