![]() Pathetic excuse for customer service and absolutely has caused way more stress for us as we have had to re-design our wedding and have still not received a refund for the wedding that no longer gets to happen in July, due to their incompetence. After that message, they have not issued a refund, they have refused to respond to emails or phone calls, and it has been 10 weeks. NOW, they agreed to provide a full refund for all the un-agreed upon changes they chose to make, claimed the check would be issued and we would see it within 7-10 days. ![]() We were bringing nearly 300 people to our wedding and had planned to book out most of the hotel for the entire weekend. Then they refused to honor our group rate for our guests.Īdding insult to injury, the Manager Darryl, laughed at my fiancé when these things were brought up and said, "Well your wedding is not as important as the Democratic convention (2 hours away) and we will be focusing on them." DO NOT HOST YOUR WEDDING HERE!!! We booked our wedding at this venue and prior to anything to do with COVID (no excuses) they removed the venue we had booked (outdoor tent) and moved us to an indoor venue WITHOUT telling us and that WOULD NOT ACCOMMODATE our guest count.
